Come and enjoy an educational class about traffic safety, defensive driving,
rules of the road, and safe driving practices. If you like a relaxing atmosphere
and thought provoking information, you will enjoy this class. We provide
comfortable seating, free fresh coffee and tea, and a knowledgeable caring
instructor.

Our Traffic School is California Department of Motor Vehicles licensed traffic school. At
the completion of your class a certificate is issued to you. The certificate should be
returned to the court before the date of completion that is indicated on your
court traffic school permission letter.                                                                                
            

Our Traffic School is located in Los Angeles County. If you got your ticket in Los Angeles
County or live in Los Angeles County,  the court granting the traffic school to
you will accept the certificate. If you live in Orange County and received your
ticket in Los Angeles County, the court will accept our traffic school certificate. At times,
you may have to request an out of county traffic school request. Call us if you have
questions about this and we will gladly give you the right answers. The court
will usually charge you a fee to allow you to go to the school. We charge $25
for the 8 hour class, and $38 for the 12 hour class. Your letter from the court
will inform you of which class to take.

Dismissals When a driver is cited for a traffic violation, the judge may offer the
driver the opportunity to attend a Traffic Violator School. Drivers
who do not have a commercial license may participate once in
any 18-month period to have a citation dismissed from their driving record.
NOTE: If you have a commercial license and attend traffic school, the citation will still
appearon your driving record, regardless of the type of vehicle you were driving when
cited.suspension or revocation By Dmv If you get too many negligent driver points, DMV
will place you on probation for one year (which includes a six-month suspension) or
revoke your driving privilege. (See page76.) Your suspension or revocation order informs
you of your right to a hearing. At the end of the suspension or revocation period, you may
apply fora new license, and you must show proof of financial responsibility. DMV will
revoke your license if you are convicted of hit-and-run driving or reckless driving which
results in injury.- 77"
